Our journey began in 2023 when Ridhwan Shariff, also known as Teacher Wan, started working closely with neurodivergent children across Penang. While completing his Master of Arts in Psychology, he spent two years partnering with a prestigious international school in Penang, developing learning materials and supporting inclusive education.

That belief led to the founding of RS Star Learning in 2024. As more families placed their trust in us, demand grew rapidly, transforming personalised one-to-one sessions into a dedicated learning centre providing Early Intervention, PPKI After-School, Learning Support, and Life Skills programmes for neurodivergent children.
As demand continued to grow, another challenge became clear. Parents wanted to continue supporting their children at home but often lacked the right tools and guidance between intervention sessions.
To bridge this gap, Hanim Yusof, a software engineer with over 12 years of experience, including nine years at Cisco Systems in Silicon Valley, partnered with Teacher Wan to create Laith Kiddo, an AI-Powered Personalised Learning Journey for Neurodivergent Children.
By combining educational psychology with artificial intelligence, Laith Kiddo extends learning beyond the classroom through personalised learning experiences, empowering parents to continue their children's development anytime, anywhere.
As our vision expanded, we realised that building the future of child development required more than education and technology. It also required experienced business leaders who could transform a successful learning centre into a scalable organisation.
